Bank of America is rolling out salary increases for its junior bankers, as the US bank looks to reward its analysts, associates and vice presidents during a period of frenetic deal activity.

The salary increase, which will come into force from 1 May, is the latest perk offered to juniors as firms face a potential exodus of talent as working hours have spiralled during the pandemic.
