Bank of America has increased junior salaries for a second time within 12 months as Wall Street banks keep pace with rapidly rising pay for analysts.

The US bank, which announces its bonuses for 2021 on 26 January, has increased entry level salaries to £65,000, according to juniors contacted by Financial News. This is up from around around £58,000 previously. Pay for second-year analysts will now be £80,000, the people said.
