Partnership Assurance appoints joint brokers

Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley have won the mandate as joint corporate brokers to Partnership Assurance after they worked on its IPO

Partnership Assurance, the UK insurer that completed a £558 million float in June, has appointed the two lead banks on its initial public offering as joint corporate brokers.

Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley have been signed up in the roles, according to three sources familiar with the matter.
