Bank of America has promoted a long-serving dealmaker into a newly created position to lead its capital markets team in Europe.

Jeff Tannenbaum, a 22-year veteran of the bank, has been promoted to head of global capital markets for Europe, the Middle East and Africa, according to an internal memo seen by Financial News.
