Bank of America has bolstered senior dealmaker headcount by 10% over the past two years, and will continue to hire as it looks to grab market share from its competitors, its chief executive Brian Moynihan said.

As the world's largest banks dig deep for talent during a record deal boom, Moynihan told the Goldman Sachs Financial Services Conference that the bank is looking to add managing director and director headcount within its corporate and investment banking business.
