Bank of England staff are still balking at how little they are paid, according to the results of Threadneedle Street's latest internal survey obtained by Financial News.

The Bank’s most recent staff satisfaction poll, conducted in September 2023, shows employees gave the statement "I am fairly compensated for the work that I do" an average score of just 36 out of 100.
