The Bank of New York has brought together its institutional agency brokerage and correspondent clearing businesses under an umbrella operation in move to expand its offerings to fund managers, broker dealers and corporates.

BNY Securities Group will provide a range of products in the areas of trade execution, securities clearing, commission management and independent research services.
