Execution has become the name of the game in a volatile year for equity capital raisings, and with this week's mammoth $15.8bn initial public offering for General Motors, Morgan Stanley's equities capital markets team has shown that it can be trusted to lead deals of any size.
Based in New York, the deal was led by Dan Simkowitz, chairman of global capital markets, Will Dotson, head of industrials investment banking for the Americas, and Mo Assomull, global head of equity syndicate.
