Investment bankers disappointed by their 2016 bonuses are likely to feel similarly frustrated for years to come, a consultancy has warned.

A 107-page report into the investment banking sector's talent crisis by consultants Quinlan & Associates estimates an average decline of 5% to 10% in total compensation pools across the major global banks for 2016, with the authors expecting "bank compensation woes to continue in years to come".
