Adecco, the Switzerland-based temporary staffing group which has just been granted a week's grace over the release of its annual results, is to seek even more time from its bankers.

Sources close to Adecco told Financial News that Adecco would be looking for an extension of "weeks rather than days". They said they did not think this would be "too much of a problem".
