Bankhaus Lampe buys half of German M&A boutique

Bankhaus Lampe, a German private bank, has bought a 50% stake in M&A boutique Krüger & Uhen for an undisclosed sum.

The acquisition comes just weeks after Bankhaus Lampe, which was founded in 1852, acquired a 5% stake in financial services group Gold-Zack, which is merging with UK corporate finance group Altium Capital.
