JP Morgan and Goldman Sachs, which last year co-led the record $19.6bn (€13.9bn) initial public offering of Visa, have been appointed as bookrunners on the flotation of the credit card giant's Brazilian unit, in what is the largest deal of its kind in over a year.
Companhia Brasileira de Meios de Pagamanento - Visanet do Brasil, has filed for a $3.1bn public offering, according to investment banking data provider Dealogic.
