Banks have €11bn exposure to Fiat

The Italian banking sector has €10.7bn ($11.6bn) exposure to Fiat, the troubled car group, according to research by Morgan Stanley.

Banca Intesa has the largest nominal exposure among the Italian banks involved with the car group, whose head, Gianna Agnelli, died last month.
