Banks slammed for not joining a UK charter on race founded two years ago

Almost a dozen large investment banks and the vast majority of big fund managers in the City are under fire for their failure to sign up to a two-year-old government programme aimed at increasing racial diversity in the workplace.

The UK Race at Work Charter is a government initiative launched in October 2018 to tackle ethnic disparities in the workplace.
