Barclays Capital, the investment banking arm of the UK's Barclays Bank, has hired Miray Muminoglu from JP Morgan as a director of global syndicate.

He left JP Morgan at the end of July, two months after the investment bank restructured its syndicate operations, having been with the bank since June 1999.
