Barclays Capital, the investment banking arm of the UK bank, has bolstered its equity derivatives distribution, coverage, and sales teams.

Ed Ware is joining the bank from BNP Paribas as an associate director in investor solutions. He will be based in New York and will work with Romain Le-Bon, who joined Barclays from Commerzbank in May as a manager in investor solutions.
