Barclays Capital has hired Ana Gay as an associate director within its financial sponsor coverage team.

She joins from Société Générale, where she was a vice president in structured finance and syndications in Madrid. Recently Gay moved from Madrid to London to take responsibility for originating and syndicating various leveraged and structured deals.
