Barclays Capital has recruited two JP Morgan bankers for its continental European corporate coverage team.

Andres Baltar and Alwin de Haas both join as directors. Baltar was a vice president and relationship manager at JP Morgan, responsible for a team originating and executing deals in mergers and acquisitions, financial advisory and syndicated finance. He had worked at Chase before its merger with JP Morgan and moves to Barclays Capital's Madrid office to be part of its Spanish client coverage team.
