Barclays Capital is to carry out the largest letting this year in Canary Wharf, filling space left by Morgan Stanley in January, after a difficult year for the London Docklands estate.

BarCap is in advanced talks to let 300,000 sq ft at 20 Cabot Square, E14, according to commercial property publication, Estates Gazette.
