Barclays Capital, the debt-focused investment bank, has hired Chico Khan-Gandapur from Deutsche Bank to run its continental European rates sales team.

Khan-Gandapur, who joins as a managing director, was previously responsible for government bond distribution to Europe at Deutsche Bank. He worked at the German bank for seven years in London and Frankfurt, where he focused on building relationships with key European clients.
