Jerry Donini, the chief operating officer of Barclays' investment banking division plans to leave the bank

The chief operating officer of Barclays' investment banking division plans to leave the bank, according to an internal memo.

Jerry Donini, who became COO of the division in 2012, will be replaced by Justin Bull on September 1, and will leave Barclays at the end of the year, said the memo reviewed by The Wall Street Journal.
