Barclays has promoted two long-serving dealmakers to co-head its leveraged finance unit in the latest senior shake-up at the UK lender.

Na Wei, who was latterly head of leveraged finance in Europe, and Tom Blouin, who led the business in the Americas, have been named global co-heads of leveraged finance, according to people familiar the appointments.
