Barclays names new chief operating officers as Currie departs

Barclays has appointed new co-chief operating officers, doubling up the leadership position as Alistair Currie departs.

The UK bank said chief information officer Craig Bright and former Goldman Sachs banker Anne Marie Darling would become group co-COOs, as well as leading its back office service company Barclays Execution Services.
