Barclays Wealth has made a raft of hires for its UK & Ireland Private Bank, as part of an aggressive five-year recruitment drive which will see the number of client-facing bankers double to 1,300 by 2015.
The UK's largest wealth manager has recruited 14 private bankers from fields as diverse as law and the recruitment industry. The appointments include former Coutts & Co. staff.
