Baring Asset Management has hired the executive director of financial services at the Charities Aid Foundation, a not-for-profit organisation which handles and distributes charity donations, to help sell its new fund.

Tracey Reddings will join Baring in December as director, business development and client service for charities, after a nine year stint at the Charities Aid Foundation.
