Barings loses top fund manager to Thames River Capital

Martin Taylor is set to join hedge fund Thames River Capital after resigning from Baring Asset Management (BAM) where he was star fund manager for emerging Europe.

Taylor, who leaves Barings after six years, will follow former colleague Matthew Sethard-Wright to Thames River. Sethard-Wright, who joins Thames River later this month, will be responsible for European sales while Taylor continues managing money.
