One of BC Partners’ key portfolio companies has agreed to pay a €250m bonus to its founder, whose recent ousting from United Group triggered protests by its executives.

Dragan Šolak’s Gerrard MIP, a firm through which he owns a a minority stake in United, filed a UK lawsuit against United’s Luxembourg-based holding company in April.
