Bear Stearns capital markets head quits

Bear Stearns' head of European capital markets has quit to join an asset manager, less than five months after he was promoted to the position.

Bloomberg reports that Mark Moffat, who was promoted by Bear Stearns in November and also ran the bank's structured collateralised debt obligations team in London, is joining Harbourmaster Capital Management, based in Dublin.
