Bear Stearns International has strengthened its growing portfolio trading and electronic connectivity business with a second new hire in the past week.

Sean Fitzgerald, who joins as a vice-president specialising in portfolio trading, follows Mohamed Mughal into the team run by Simon Bird, the head of European portfolio trading and electronic connectivity.
