John Kilgallon has made a rare move from debt to equity capital markets (ECM) as he becomes global head of ECM at Bear Stearns.
Kilgallon was previously the global co-head of leveraged products and high yield capital markets groups at the firm. He replaces Phil Eagan, who has left the bank.
