Stockbroker Bell Lawrie White, a division of Brewin Dolphin Securities, has acquired the business of the Mackie Consultancy, an independent financial adviser based in Aberdeen.

The Mackie Consultancy was established in 1984 and has some £50m of private client funds under management.
