bfinance, an investment consultancy firm, has made senior hires in the Middle East, Canada and Germany. Douglas Hansen-Luke has been appointed chief executive of the Middle East and Africa, and Central Asia. He was previously chief executive at Robeco Middle East. Joining him as an associate in the Middle East is Alex Denby, formerly of Osborne & Partners. He also previously worked at Robeco Middle East. Brian Cyr joins the Montreal office as director, where he will develop business and manage relationships with Canadian institutional investors. He previously worked at Pyramis Global Advisors and other companies. Michael Wolfram joins the Munich office in June as a relationship manager for German institutional investors. He has worked in bfinance's research team since December 2011.
