BGC Partners, the voice broking business spun out from moneybroker Cantor Fitzgerald, has raided arch-rival Icap for 30 staff in Hong Kong.

The move forms part of BGC's efforts to build its voice brokerage business globally, and is its third hiring raid in Asia-Pacific in as many months.
