Towers Perrin has lost Simon Desrochers, head of its Paris operation, to Barclays Global Investors (BGI).

BGI has appointed Desrochers, as European institutional business director responsible for France but based in London. He will report to PeterPaul Pardi, head of southern Europe at BGI.
