Barclays Global Investors (BGI) has launched a new exchange traded fund that offers UK investors exposure to FTSE's new Continental European equities index.

The new European equities exchange traded fund, called iFTSE ExUK, aims to provide investors with instant diversification and exposure to the largest 100 companies in Europe, (excluding the UK) through the FTSE ExUK 100 index, launched by FTSE on December 1 2000.
