Hedge fund billionaire Bill Ackman and designer wife Neri Oxman have taken a stake of about 4.9% in the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.

The Israeli stock-exchange operator said on 24 January that it will receive approximately 242 million shekels ($64.4m) in net proceeds from a secondary offering of shares, which included other investors in addition to Ackman and Oxman.
