Inconsistent economic policies across the US, Europe and Asia could lead to inflation and disrupt the global recovery but the fundamentals are in place for the beginnings of growth, according to Merrill Lynch Wealth Management's chief investment officer for Europe the Middle East and Africa, Bill O'Neill.
