Bill Templer, former global co-head of listed derivatives at Morgan Stanley, has launched his own derivatives consultancy practice, nine months after leaving the bank during a wave of redundancies.

Faventus Consulting will offer firms in the futures markets advice on sales and trading, technology and regulatory change. Templer confirmed the firm already has several clients and others pending.
