Cornerstone Partners, an angel investor network which was set up to back black entrepreneurs in the UK, is opening up to outside investors, aiming to raise £40m in 2020.

The firm was initially launched in 2016 by a group of six black men, who pooled their funds to make a “more meaningful impact” in their communities, according to Jude Addo, one of the co-founders.
