BlackRock has expanded its UK real estate team, appointing Paul Tebbit as a director. In his new role, Tebbit will manage BlackRock's joint venture investments and look for new opportunities in the UK. He joins BlackRock from Telereal Trillium, a property company that is part of William Pears, where he was a director.
