BlackRock, the world's largest asset manager, has shuffled its senior leadership in Europe with Rachel Lord — one of the fund management industry's most influential figures — moving to head up its business in Asia Pacific.

Lord, who has overseen BlackRock’s business in Europe, the Middle East and Africa for the past three years, will relocate to Hong Kong for the new role. The move comes as global asset managers eye opportunities to grow their market share in Asia.
