BlackRock orders managing directors back to office five days a week

Move comes after US asset manager tightened its working from home policy in 2023

BlackRock, the world’s largest asset manager, has asked senior managers to return to the office five days a week.

The $11.6tn fund group, which in 2023 increased the number of in-office days for all staff to four a week, will require managing directors to work from the office full time.
