BlackRock, the world's largest asset manager, is preparing to roll out a return to work programme which will require staff to come into its City office at least three days a week.

A memo to UK staff from Europe, the Middle East and Africa chief operating officer Stacey Mullin, seen by Financial News, outlines the asset manager's Future of Work pilot — an initiative that is set to begin on 1 November.
