Blackstone, the US buy-out and advisory firm, has hired Michael Dugan from Credit Suisse First Boston as a senior managing director in its corporate advisory group.

Dugan follows a string of senior CSFB bankers leaving for Blackstone, most recently James Quella, who moved in March this year.
