Setl, the blockchain company founded by stock-trading pioneer Peter Randall, has appointed the former governor of the French central bank to its board.
Christian Noyer, the former governor of the Banque de France, is the latest senior appointment by Setl, which last October hired Philippe Morel, a senior partner from the Boston Consulting Group, to succeed Randall as chief executive. Randall remains president of Setl, giving him responsibility for international business, marketing and investor relations.
