Bloomberg, the information and technology provider, has integrated a full-risk management engine into its trade and portfolio order management systems, to enable its buy- and sell-side customers to manage risk at the desktop.

The firm has embedded the Algo Risk management application from Algorithmics into its Bloomberg Professional (BP) data and trading service. Algo Risk is available at a premium price over and above BP.
