Kevin Swann, an 11-year veteran of market data and trading systems provider Bloomberg, has joined TradeWeb, an online fixed-income trading portal, as head of market data for Europe.

Swann will create a series of market data products using TradeWeb's real-time data that comes from its trading system, and look at areas where these prices can be used.
