Berwin Leighton Paisner (BLP), the UK law firm, has forged an alliance with New York partnership Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel (KLNF) to boost its corporate practice.

The transatlantic alliance will see the two firms, with over 700 lawyers in London, New York, Paris, Milan and Brussels, share a combined marketing and business development strategy and budget.
