BlueCrest Capital Management, the UK hedge fund group founded by Michael Platt and William Reeves, has expanded internationally with new offices in Boston, New York and Singapore.

The group’s assets under management have increased by $2.5bn since December to $14.6bn, according to an investor publication produced by ABN Amro’s alternative investments division.
