The UK Home Secretary has been given an extra two months to decide on the fate of three British bankers fighting extradition to the US over their involvement with collapsed energy group Enron. A new date of February 15 has been set for his decision.
David Blunkett, the home secretary, was originally given two months to decide if the three former bankers should be extradited after a judge ruled in October that he saw no reason why they should not face trial in the United States.
